OHIRSI002 - Maintain social provident fund indicators
Addresses (Business Address Services) ABAP Short ReferenceThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this step, you define the different fund classes, fund types and funds that belong to an institution of social insurance funds. Each combination of said three entities constitutes an indicator of social insurance funds.
In the hierarchy of social insurance organizations, fund classes are one level below the institutions of social insurance. They depict a set of funds that share a common purpose, structure, and organization. The fund types further subdivide the fund classes, so that individual funds with common characteristics can be grouped within a fund class.
In the SAP standard delivery system, the following fund classes have been defined for social insurance institution 01 (CPF):
- Fund class 1: Central Provident Funds
- Fund class 2: Additional Funds
- Fund class 3: Skill Development Levy
To create a new social insurance fund indicator, proceed as follows:
- Specify the institution of social insurance funds that the indicator belongs to.
- Select New entries.
- Enter the fund class, fund type and the fund's key. Note that your entries must begin with either a Y or a Z in order to stay within the customer name range.
- Enter a short description.
- Save your entries.
