OHIRSI004 - Maintain types of foreign workers

In this step, you define types of foreign workers. These types are necessary to determine the contribution to the FWL that the employer must make for foreign workers.

Each foreign worker type can be subdivided into several subgroups (e.g. skilled - unskilled).

The most common types of foreign workers have already been defined in the SAP standard delivery system.

If you want to use the entries contained in the SAP standard delivery system you first must copy them from client 000 since the table in which they are stored possesses delivery class C.

Proceed as follows to create a new type of foreign workers:

1. Select New entries.
2. Enter a two digit, alphanumerical key which identifies the foreign worker type.
3. Enter a description and a short text.
4. Specify a subgroup, if needed.
5. Enter the subgroup's description and short text.
6. Save your entries.
