OHIRSI008 - Maintain information for CPF Survey Report

The CPF Survey on Occupational Wages is an annual report which is required to be submitted the the CPF Board. This survey includes three forms:

• Form MIB 1A - Reports employees who are contributing to CPF

• Form MIB 1B - Reports employees who are under the FWL scheme

• Form MIB 1C - Reports employees who are employment pass holders

Each form in turn (Forms 1A, 1B and 1C) consists of three sheets:

• Sheet 1 - Prints 'old' employees who are covered in both previous and current surveys

• Sheet 2 - Prints 'new' employees who are covered in the survey for the first time

• Sheet 3 - Prints the declaration and summary imformation

There are several features and one view to maintain in order to facilitate the generation of this report:

• V_T539J (Create a wage type to store basic salary information)

• 25PAY (Determine the mode of payment)

• 25OFF (Determine the office where the employee is attached)

• 25TYP (Determine the type of employee)

• 25DPT (Determine the employees' departments)

• 25PWK (Determine whether the employees have prior working experience)
