OHIRUMDPA_ACTSRCHLP1 - Specify Additional Settings for Employee Search

In this IMG activity, you:

• Activate additional, Russian-specific fields that you can use to find employees in your company

• Specify Identification Documents (subtypes of infotype 0290 Documents and Certificates (CIS))

When you activate the additional fields, new tab pages appear when you search for employees (personnel numbers) in the maintenance transactions for Personnel Administration or in any of the reports in which you search for personnel numbers. The additional fields appear on the following tab pages:

To use the Russian-specific fields, you have to enter the following data in your user profile, by choosing System -> User Profile -> Own Data:

1. Select Activate Russian-Specific Employee Search Fields.
2. In the Program Name field, enter PREM.
3. To activate the additional fields, enter any value for parameter ADDF4.
4. Select Specify Identification Documents to use for Employee Search.
5. Specify which Identification Documents the employee search uses, in addition to the search by INN. Priorities are irrelevant. The default system customizing uses only SNILS.
