In this IMG activity, you enter the age as of which employees are no longer considered for military service.

According to Russian legislation, the age limit for military service depends on a person's gender and military rank. In this way, you enter an age limit for a combination of gender and military rank.

The Military Status Management (HRUA_MILITARY_STATUS) report uses the data in this IMG activity to list employees who exceed the legally-defined age limit for military service.
