In this IMG activity, you enter texts to provide more details about the reasons behind personnel actions.

You enter these details in the Leave Order Text field on the Employment Book tab page in the Employment Book infotype (infotype 294).

You can only enter data in the Leave Order Text field if you have entered at least one parameter, P_ORUBA, in the IMG activity Determine Special Parameters.
