In this Customizing activity, you enter which values for the field Event Type of the Employment Book (CIS) (0294) infotype the system sets by default when the infotype is created during personnel actions. The standard implementation of BAdI HRPADRU_B_DEFAULT_LABACT uses these Customizing settings.
