OHIRURP_GEN_SUBAPP - Assign Areas and Validity Intervals to Subapplication

In this Customizing activity, you define the validity and grouping of subapplications of certain Russia-specific reports.

You make the settings by performing the following steps:

1. Definition of Areas: Define areas to indicate the application in Human Resources.
   
   For example:

• FXML – Application to FSS

• MD – Master Data

1. Assign Areas to Subapplications: Assign each standard area to all appropriate standard report identifiers.
   
   For example, area FXML is assigned to reports APXL, APX1 and APX2.
2. Validity Intervals for Non-Statutory Subapplications: Specify the period when the subapplication is valid.
   
   For example, if application APX2 is valid from 01.01.2019 make the following setting:
   
   ,,APX2,,Application to FSS: XML version 1.7.6,,01.01.2019,,31.12.9999
