In this IMG activity, you make settings to customize the way in which reports generate personnel orders and which data the reports include in the forms.

You can use the following parameters with all personnel order forms:

T-1(a) HRUA_ORDER_T1(A)
T-5(a) HRUA_ORDER_T5(A)
T-6(a) HRUA_ORDER_T6(A)
T-8(a) HRUA_ORDER_T8(A)
T-11(a) HRUA_ORDER_T11(A)

  • Parameter INSTL
    Determines which data type for your company is entered on the form.
  • Parameter SOORT
    Determines which organization type for your company is entered on the form.
  • Parameter DEPARTMENT_LONGNAME
    You use this parameter to determine which field the system reads to display the employee's department on the form. You can enter one of the following values:
  • 0 Name from the short text on the Basic Data tab page in Organizational Management (default value)

  • 1 Long name for object code O (for example, department)

  • Parameter POSITION_LONGNAME
    You use this parameter to determine which field the system reads to display the employee's job of position on the form. You can enter one of the following values:
  • 0 Name from the short text on the Basic Data tab page in Organizational Management (default value)

  • 2 Long name for job (object code C)

  • 3 Long name for position (object code S)

Parameters for Forms T6 and T6a only

  • Parameter ROUND
    To display the number of days' holiday as a decimal on form T-6 and T-6a, leave the parameter value for the parameter ROUND blank.
  • Parameter LANG
    If you want absence and quota texts to appear on the output form in a language other than your log-on language, enter the two-character language code of the language in which you want to store the texts. For example, if you want to log on in English but enter the absence and quota texts in Russian, as required by law on the output forms, enter the parameter value RU.

Parameter for Form T6 only

  • Parameter AB_LTEXT
    To display long texts for absence and quota types, enter any parameter value.

To display long texts for absence and quota types on form T-6, you have entered the required long texts in the IMG activity Enter Long Texts for Absence and Quota Types.
