This IMG activity contains the objects in Organizational Management that the system uses to assign employees to special working conditions.

The reports that you file with the Pension Fund uses this data to determine the seniority of employees who are employed in special working conditions.

The system uses the following parameters for relationships and evaluation paths in Organizational Management with program RUADM.

Relationships
Parameter Name Parameter Value Meaning
G_OTYPE_RWC CR Object type for regional working conditions (RWC)
G_OTYPE_HWC CH Object type for hazardous working conditions (HWC)
G_OTYPE_SWC_LS CL Object type for special working conditions (SWC)
  (long service)
G_OTYPE_SWC_CS CT Object type for SWC (calculated seniority)
G_PROCE_COM_SEN RUO1 Process for calculating general seniority
For process settings, see Define Calculation Process. If you do not enter a process, the system uses RUO1 by default.
G_TSPST_COM_SEN   Valuation model for calculating common seniority. To process common seniority of the Pension Fund, you must assign the model in the Customizing activity Assign Valuation Model and Rounding Rule to Process Step.
If you do not enter a model in that Customizing activity, the system uses the valuation model that you enter as a parameter value for parameter G_PROCE_COM_SEN.
G_RELID_RWC_O A872 Relationship between RWC and
organizational object type O (organizational unit)
G_RELID_RWC_O_W A870 Relationship between RWC and
organizational object type O (rotating shift method)
G_RELID_O_RWC B872 Relationship between organizational
  object type O and RWC
G_RELID_O_RWC_W B870 Relationship between organizational

G_RELID_HWC_A A873 Relationship between HWC and
organizational object type A (work center)
G_RELID_HWC_S_V A871 Relationship between HWC and

G_RELID_HWC_A_V A871 Relationship between HWC and
organizational object type A in variable conditions

object type A and HWC in variable conditions
G_IT0876_AWART 0400 Type of absence or attendance type used to
calculate the duration, start and end times in infotype 0876.
Since working time in HWC in infotype 0876 is recorded
as an attendance type, the system uses this data to check
  for clashes with other absences.

G_WEGID_O_WC O-WC Evaluation path between organizational
object type O and all working conditions
G_WEGID_S_WC S-WC Evaluation path between organizational
