OHIRURP_PI_SWC_001 - Determine Parameters for Working Conditions

This IMG activity contains the objects in Organizational Management that the system uses to assign employees to special working conditions.
The reports that you file with the Pension Fund uses this data to determine the seniority of employees who are employed in special working conditions.
The system uses the following parameters for relationships and evaluation paths in Organizational Management with program RUADM.

For process settings, see Define Calculation Process. If you do not enter a process, the system uses RUO1 by default. | ||
G_TSPST_COM_SEN | Valuation model for calculating common seniority. To process common seniority of the Pension Fund, you must assign the model in the Customizing activity Assign Valuation Model and Rounding Rule to Process Step. | |
If you do not enter a model in that Customizing activity, the system uses the valuation model that you enter as a parameter value for parameter G_PROCE_COM_SEN. | ||
