OHIRURP_RE_ABSDAT_02 - Enter Long Texts for Absence and Quota Types

In this IMG activity, you enter the long texts for absence and quota types that you want to appear on the following output forms:

• T-2

• T-6 (only texts for additional leave)

• T-60 (only texts for additional leave)

• T-54a

Based on the settings that you make in the IMG activity Set Up Absence and Quota Types, the reports for the above forms read either the texts that you store in the table for quota or absence types, and enter the corresponding texts on the output forms.

You have determined whether the reports evaluate absences for a particular absence type on the basis of quotas or absence days in the IMG activity Set Up Absence and Quota Types -> Configure Absence Data.

1. Enter the long texts as required.
2. If you want the long texts to appear on the output forms, enter a parameter value for the parameter AB_LTEXT in the corresponding IMG activity for the following forms:

• Determine Special Parameters for Form T-2

• Determine Special Parameters for Form T-6

• Determine Special Parameters for Form T-60

• Determine Special Parameters for Form T-54a
