In this Customizing activity, you run a report to transfer data about awards from the tables connected to the Awards/Decorations (0861) infotype to the tables that the State Award Certificate (861) subtype in the Documents and Certificates (0290) infotype uses.

You have stored master data for state awards in the Awards/Decorations (0861) infotype and made Customizing settings for state awards in Customizing for Payroll Russia under Awards ->

  1. If required, restrict the records that the report selects by using the standard selection criteria, for example, a range of personnel numbers or a personnel area.
  2. If required, restrict the records that the system selects by entering one of more state award groups that you currently use in your system.
  3. Determine where you want the system to store the data that it transfers to the tables for the subtype in the Documents and Certificates (0290) infotype by making one or more entries in the Destination group box as follows:
  • Specify the subtype in the Documents and Certificates (0290) infotype in which you want the report to create records for state awards
By default, the report creates records in the State Award Certificate (861) subtype.

  • Specify the type of state award certificate that you want to migrate
The entry that you specify determines the entry that the system creates in the State Award Certificate (861) subtype.

The report outputs the corresponding awards in SAP List Viewer format and sorts them by personnel number. If required, you can group the results by state award group or by state award.
