In this IMG activity, that is, feature 33ORD, you determine which report variants the system uses when it generates a given print output form for personnel orders in the Personnel Orders infotype (0298).

The system selects a variant based on an employee's organizational assignment, such as the company code, personnel area, personnel subarea, organizational structure, personnel action type, or employee subgroup.

You have saved a variant in the report for each form.
