OHIRU_RP_PT_T13_001 - Determine Special Parameters

In this IMG activity, you determine which algorithm the system uses to define the wage types for form T-13 and which time limits you want the report to use for reading the daily work schedule.
You can also determine which organizational data the system includes in the form.
You can use the following parameters with program HRULTAB0:
- ZL_CHECK_LGART
If you want to use the standard algorithm to determine if wage types in table ZL are relevant for form T-13, enter parameter value T. This is the default setting.
If you want to use your own algorithm, leave the Parameter Value field blank and overwrite the standard function with user exit ZX_HRULTAB0_LGART_IN_INTERVAL.

You use this parameter to determine which start and end times the report uses to determine the limits of daily work schedules. By default, the report uses only the planned start time and planned end time.
If you want to use normal working times too, enter parameter value N. In this case, in the IMG activity Define Daily Work Schedules, you enter a daily work schedule variant and the normal working time limits in addition to the planned working time limits.

You use this parameter to determine which field the system reads to display the organizational unit, and position or job of the personnel director.
You can enter the following parameter values to determine which data the report reads from the Basic Data tab page in Organizational Management. The default parameter value is a blank entry.

| Blank | Name from the short text on the Basic Data tab page in Organizational Management; no long names appear on the form. |
| Any value | Long name for object code 'O' (department), 'C' (job), and 'S' (position) |
Note: You store the long names as a subtype in Organizational Management. In other words, you enter the names in the Description group box on the Basic Data tab page in Organizational Management.
