In this IMG activity, you determine how the system displays working time in form T-13, as well as how the system handles multiple time evaluation types that apply to a particular day.

The authorities prepare a list of official conventional notations that you must use in form T-13.

You have customized the Time Evaluation component or the functions outside of Time Evaluation to record and store your employees' working time.

  1. Since the time an employee works is based on a daily work schedule, create a record for the daily work schedule with the corresponding conventional notation.
  2. For each additional type of time evaluation element that represents a deviation from the employee's regular work schedule, for example, absences or overtime, create a record with the corresponding conventional notation that is to appear on form T-13.
Note: You can divide any given day into a maximum of five time element types, represented by the fields Type of Element, Time WT/Cat., and Conventional Notation.

To determine a default conventional notation for a given class of daily work schedule, see the IMG activity Determine Form Code for Daily Work Schedule.
