OHIU0063 - State (US)

This section of the implementation guide (IMG) will help you insure that all the states in which you do business are correctly entered in the system.

The states are entered with both the official abbreviation and the full name.

1. Use the IMG or the menu path to access the state input screen.
2. Check the entries to insure that all the states required by your company are correctly entered in the system.
3. Save your entries using the save icon or the F11 key.

If you conduct business with other countries with a regional element in the address (provinces in Canada, for example), then use this screen to enter those regions.
