OHIU02571 - Record relevant grievance types

In this step, you can maintain the grievance data that is relevant for your company.

There are different reasons that can lead to a grievance, for example, harassment at work or disciplinary measures.

The standard SAP system contains the most common grievance reasons.

1. Check the entries that exist in the system to see whether they are relevant for your company.
2. Determine any additional grievance reasons that you require.
3. Call up the entry screen using the implementation guide.
4. Maintain the additional entries.
5. Save your entries using the save icon or F11.
