In this step, you can maintain the grievance data that is relevant for your company.
There are different reasons that can lead to a grievance, for example, harassment at work or disciplinary measures.
The standard SAP system contains the most common grievance reasons.
- Check the entries that exist in the system to see whether they are relevant for your company.
- Determine any additional grievance reasons that you require.
- Call up the entry screen using the implementation guide.
- Maintain the additional entries.

Save your entries using the save icon or F11.
