OHIU02572 - Enter grievance reasons

In this section you will be able to define categories of grievance.

If an argument takes place between an employee and his/her superior, you should enter the appropriate "with superior" here.

The SAP standard delivery system already contains suggested categories.

You may find it necessary to modify or expand this list of categories to suit the nature of grievances that commonly arise in your company.

1. Check the SAP standard entries.
2. Make changes if necessary.
3. Save your entries.
