OHIU5U13 - Assign EEO/AAP occupational categories to jobs

In this step, you assign EEO and AAP occupational categories to the jobs within your organizational structure. If the appropriate categories have already been assigned to each job, then you may periodically execute this step to review and update your occupational assignments.

1. Execute this IMG step. In the first activity, review the jobs that are currently assigned to your organizational structure.
1. If necessary, adjust the job titles, job keys, and periods of validity to reflect possible changes that have occurred at the job level since the last reporting period.
2. Save any changes you have made, and proceed to the second activity.
2. In the second activity, assign EEO/AAP occupational categories to the jobs in your organizational structure.
1. To this end, double-click on the first job in the table to access the Details screen.
2. Review the entries that have been assigned to that job in the EEO category and AAP category fields. Make adjustments, if necessary.
3. Select Next entry (F8) and repeat step 2b. for the next job.
4. Repeat step 2c. until EEO and AAP categories have been assigned to all of the jobs in your organizational structure.
5. Save any changes you have made, and exit the transaction.
