In the SAP standard system the installation of the interface with Resumix is incomplete. In particular, therefore, the functions cannot be seen in the user interface of the application. If you want to use the interface, you have to enter the functions in Customizing in the fast entry menu.

  1. In the view 'Personnel events' (T529a), create an action for the hiring of an applicant with the data transfer from Resumix. The event RX comes as standard. This action must be entered in the view 'Default values for the SAP-Resumix interface' (T752B) under the parameter EVENT.
  2. In the view 'Personnel event' (T529A), create one action for the export and one for the import of the data. The actions R1 and R2 come as standard. Transfer these actions into your client. In the system table 'Fast entry of actions'(T529F) these actions are assigned the dialog modules RP-MASSN_RS_1 or 2.
  3. In the view 'User group dependency of menus and info groups' (V_T588C), create an entry for the hiring info group under menu type 'Info group' (G). The assignment of the info group RX to the the hiring action with data transfer from Resumix is a standard feature.
  4. In the view 'Info group' (V_T588D), maintain the info group for the hiring action with data transfer from Resumix. The info group RX comes as standard.
  5. In the view 'Action reason' (V_T530), maintain reasons for the hiring action. The combination RX SPACE comes as standard.
  6. In the view 'Action menu' (V_588B_M), enter the actions R1 and R2 in the menu 'Fast entry menu'. These entries do not come as standard.

Only when you have entered the actions R1 and R2 in the view 'Action menu' (V_588B_M) in the menu 'Fast entry menu' (02), is it possible to call up the interface using the path Human resources -> Personnel admin. -> HR master data -> Fast entry: actions.
