In this step, you modify and generate features used during the course of EEO, AAP, and VETS reporting. Although the reporting process does not require modification of the features, you must generate the features to perform reporting.

Execute this Customizing activity and perform the activities described below:

  • Modify/Generate feature EEOCT (for EEO and VETS reporting)
  • Examine the feature and make any necessary modifications to it.

  • Save the feature, then generate it.

  • Modify/Generate feature EEOCL (for EEO and AAP reporting)
  • Examine the feature and make any necessary modifications to it. Please note that you are only required to maintain this feature if you use the Ethnic Origin (RACKY) field in the Additional Personal Data (0077) infotype. If you use the Ethnicity (New) (ETHEN) field of that infotype instead, you are required to maintain features EEOER and 10AAP (see subsequent steps below).

  • Save the feature, then generate it.

  • Modify/Generate feature EOSRA (for EEO reporting only)
  • Examine the feature and make any necessary modifications to it.

  • Save the feature, then generate it.

  • Modify/Generate feature EEOER (for EEO reporting only)
  • Examine the feature and make any necessary modifications to it. Please note that you are only required to maintain this feature if you use the Ethnicity (New) (ETHEN) field in the Additional Personal Data (0077) infotype.

  • Save the feature, then generate it.

  • Modify/Generate feature 10AAP (for AAP reporting only)
  • Examine the feature and make any necessary modifications to it. Please note that you are only required to maintain this feature if you use the Ethnicity (New) (ETHEN) field in the Additional Personal Data (0077) infotype.

  • Save the feature, then generate it.
