BAL_S_LOG - Application Log: Log header data rdisp/max_wprun_time - Maximum work process run timeThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this step, you define the information flowing to and from the third-party Talent Relationship Management (TRM) solution partner, as part of the applicant requisition process.
You define your company-specific settings in the field Seman. Ab. Val. (Semantic Abbreviation Value)
For example, if you want to set the width of the text editor for advertisement texts to 72 characters, enter:
Group - Sem. Abb. - Seman. Ab. Val
RCWBH - EDIT - 72
For simplicity, the settings are divided into two subgroups:
- Technical Settings
- Default Settings
Make the following entries in the table:
- Technical Settings
Group - Sem. Abb. - Text
RCWBH - CLNID - Client ID (Customer identifier) for vendor
RCWBH - CLNAME - Client name
RCWBH - TOKEN - Token (agreed value between customer and
vendor)
RCWBH - EMPLD - Generic user to send data
RCWBH - USPWD - Client generic password for vendor app.
RCWBH - RFCBC - RFC Destination: Business Connector
RCWBH - RFCHS - RFC Destination: Recruitment System
RCWBH - RFCLD - RFC Destination Liquid: Destination
RCWBH - RFCLS - RFC Destination Liquid: Source
RCWBH - SENDR - Business Connector: Logical Sender Name
RCWBH - DEBUG - Debug mode so T513U can be filled with RFC
data. You can set this field to Y (on)
or N (off).
- Default Settings
You can default some requisition fields for the posting of requisitions. You may need to do this, for instance, if you specify a job on the requisition instead of a position or positions. The possible defaults are:
Group - Sem. Abb. - Text
RCWBH - BUSAR - Business Area for posting purposes
RCWBH - LINE - Line Manager for posting purposes
RCWBH - PERSA - Personnel Area for posting purposes
RCWBH - PERSB - Personnel Subarea for posting purposes
RCWBH - PERSO - Personnel Officer for posting purposes
In order for the third-party TRM Solution partner, or any other vendor to send candidate data to your system, you must make the following entries:
Group - Sem. Abb. - Text
RCWBH - APKEY - Name of field identifying candidate
RCWBH - BTRTL - Subarea to be used for importing applicants
RCWBH - DFAPS - Applicant subgroup to be used
RCWBH - DUPE - Allow duplicate candidates.
If you enter Y, then the import of a
candidate who already exists will create a
new applicant.
If you enter N, no update is
performed.
RCWBH - DFAPG - Default Applicant Group
RCWBH - REAS - Default reason for applicant event
RCWBH - SACHP - Personnel officer
RCWBH - SPAPL - Unsolicited applicant group
RCWBH - WERKS - Personnel area for importing candidates
To set the width of the text editor for advertisement texts, enter:
Group - Sem. Abb. - Text
RCWBH - EDIT - Width of text editor
