In this step, you can hide the Free Search search help for finding persons and applicants.

In the standard SAP System, the SEARK/NOAHQ switch is set to . This means that the Free Search search help is displayed in Personnel Administration and Recruitment.

We recommend you to hide the Free Search search help if you use customer-specific InfoSets.

To hide the Free Search search help for persons and applicants, set the SEARK/NOAHQ switch to X.
