OHIX0096 - Define examination results

You can use the Occupational Health functions of the SAP Environment, Health and Safety (SAP EH&S) component instead of the Internal medical service infotype (0028). This component offers you a wide range of functions to support the work-related care of your employees and to help you plan and carry out health surveillance protocols. It also enables you to use the corresponding functions in a more comfortable manner.

You make the necessary settings for the Occupational Health functions in Customizing under Environment, Health and Safety → Occupational Health.

If you want to obtain an overview of the scope of functions of the component, see the relevant section in SAP Library under EH&S - Occupational Health.

The last action you have to perform to set up the infotype Internal medical service (0028) is to store the possible outcome of the examination in this step.

The following input values are defined as outcomes of the examination type Medical examination for hiring:

• 01,, able to work

• 02,, unable to work

Define the outcomes of the examination.
