OHIX01001 - Determine Validity Periods for Action Reasons

In this step, you define the time periods that you want to be valid for the action reasons of your action types.

Note

All action reasons for which you do not define a period have unrestricted validity (validity starts on 01/0/1800; validity ends 12/31/9999).

In the step Create Reasons for Personnel Action Types, you have defined action reasons.

In the step Activate Limited Validity for Action Types/Reasons, you have activated the ADMIN DELIA.

The table is empty as standard. All of the reasons defined in the step Create Reasons for Personnel Actions have unrestricted validity.

1. Select an action type and then an assigned action reason. To do so, use the value helps that contain all of the action types in the system and the action reasons assigned to them.
2. Enter a validity area for each action reason.
3. Save your entries.
