OHIX0110 - Define Validity Period of Administrator

In this step you assign a validity period to your administrators. The system displays a validity period for each administrator in the input help (F4 help) of the administrator fields of the Organizational Assignment infotype (0001). The input help contains only those entries with the currently valid administrators.

The system determines the entries based on the following logic:

• If the table contains no entries, the input help contains all of the entries that you have defined in the Define Administrator step.

• If you have defined validity periods for your administrators, the system includes the validity periods for these values for display in the input help. All other administrators have a validity period of low-date to high-date.

For more information about the validity of administrators, see SAP note 2162279.

1. Use the input help (F4) to select an administrator.
2. Define the start date of validity, as well as the end date of validity, for this administrator.
3. Save your entries.
