OHIX0256 - Determine instruction types

In this step, you determine the intructions that exist in your enterprise.

One employee is a data protection officer, another is responsible for accident prevention at the work center.

Get an overview of the types of instruction that occur in your company.

The SAP standard system contains sample entries for the instruction types.

Use the sample entries in the SAP standard system as a guideline.

1. Check the sample entries of the SAP standard system.
2. Create additional instructions, if required.

Define the time constraint for these new entries.

1. Delete any entries not required for the information type
   Company intructions (0035).

Instructions are used for information purposes and have no link to payroll.
