In this step, you set up the requirements for evaluating wage types according to a different pay scale group/level on the basis of the employee pay scale structure, i.e. pay scale type and area, employee subgroup grouping for the collective agreement provision, pay scale group and level (variant E).

Pay scale types, groups and levels must be defined.

You should be familiar with the collective agreements valid in your company.

  1. In the Collective agreement provision grpg. field, enter the subgroup grouping for the collective agreement provision for each pay scale group and area.
  2. Define the pay scale group and level for which the standard pay is to be increased.
  3. Enter increase variant E.
  4. Specify the date on which the standard pay increase is to become effective.
  5. In the Wage type field, enter the wage type which is to be valuated according to a different pay scale group/level.
  6. Specify an operation indicator (optional) and a minimum (operation indicator <) or maximum amount (operation indicator >).
  7. Call up the view Evaluate according to other pay scale group
  8. Define the date for the desired pay scale structure from which the wage type is to be valuated using another pay scale group/level.
  9. Enter the wage type that is to be valuated according to another pay scale group/level.
  10. Specify the pay scale group and, if necessary, the pay scale level, to be used for the valuation.
