OHIX0268I - Replace existing wage type with another

In this section, you can set up the requirements for replacing one wage type by another on the basis of the employee pay scale structure, i.e. pay scale type and area, employee subgroup grouping for the collective agreement provision, pay scale group and level (variant R).

In accordance with the pay scale structure, one particular bonus is to be replaced by a new bonus. The new bonus is to amount to 75% of the previous one.

• Pay scale types, groups and levels must be defined.

• You should be familiar with the collective agreements valid in your company.

1. In the Collective agreement provision grp. field, enter the subgroup grouping for the collective agreement provision for each pay scale type and area.
2. Define the pay scale group and level in which a wage type is to be replaced.
3. Enter increase variant R.
4. Specify the date on which the wage type should be replaced by another.
5. In the Wage type field, enter the wage type that is to be replaced.
6. In the Reference wage type field, enter the wage type to be created.
7. Enter the percentage to be used for calculating the basic pay wage type to be created.
8. Specify an operation indicator (optional) and a minimum (operation indicator <) or maximum amount (operation indicator >).
9. Define how the amount is to be rounded.
