You need only carry out the instructions in this step if you have created the possible traineeships/professions for your employees/ applicants in the step "Create education/training" and now want to summarize these in education/training groups.

In this step you create the required education groups.

The education/training group classifies possible forms of education/training of employees/applicants by dividing them into groups. This makes it possible to assign many different education/training types to a small number of groups.

Possible education/training groups include the following:

  • Tradespersons
  • Administrators
  • Arts graduates
  • Science graduates

The standard SAP system contains several samples of education/training groups.

Create the groups you require.
