In this section, you can define appraisal criteria for your employees.

You want to evaluate the quality of your employees' work, their problem-solving capacity and their ability to deal with stress.

Familiarize yourself with the appraisal criteria in your enterprise.

The standard system contains some example criteria.

1. Check the sample entries.
1. Create entries according to your requirements.
2. Delete all the entries that you do not require.

If the appraisal should have an affect on employee pay, maintain the Basic pay infotype (0008) using the batch input report RPIBRT00.
