In this step, you define the different work contracts that an employee can be offered for an overseas assignment.
You only need to maintain these contracts if the employee's contract with the new enterprise hasn't been defined yet.
You require an additional option in your HR master records.
Determine the requirements.
The SAP standard system contains sample work contracts.
The work contract is not used by SAP.
- Check the SAP sample entries.
- Delete entries you do not require.
- If necessary, add new entries.
