OHIXP0402_03 - Assign Wage Types

In this step you assign evaluation wage types to one or more wage types from the payroll results (cluster table RT for periodic wage types and cluster table CRT for cumulation wage types).

Normally all wage types assigned to an evaluation wage type are added. However, it is also possible to enter the wage type amount as a negative.

Note that the table, in which you determine the assignment, is client-dependent. Therefore, you have to make the setting in every client in which you want to set the payroll infotype.

You have defined evaluation wage types

1. Select the country grouping for which you want to evaluate the payroll results.
2. Determine whether the existing assignment of evaluation wage types to wage types from the payroll results meet your requirements.
3. In not, choose New entries to create new assignments.
1. In the Eval.WT field, select your required evaluation wage type.
2. In the Wage type field, select the wage type you want to evaluate.
3. Flag the Neg. field if you want this wage type amount to be entered as a negative for the evaluation wage type.
4. Save your entries.
