OHIXWFAC - Activate event linkage

In this step, you activate the automatic event creation for personnel planning objects. If this function is activated, it is possible to generate an event automatically every time a change is made to personnel planning objects (database operations or logical operations). This event can be used to start a workflow.

Use the following values when activating automatic event creation:
"X" : Automatic event creation active
" "(empty): Automatic event creation deactivated
