OHIX_DP_CMNGR - Define Grouping of Communication Types

In this Customizing activity, you group the communication types (subtypes of infotype 0105) for which comparable retention periods apply to an archiving subobject for the destruction of data.

Note

Note that the System User Name (SY_UNAME) for the active SAP system that is stored in subtype 0001 of infotype 0105 may not be destroyed.

Communication types can be personal data in terms of data privacy. Therefore, it may be necessary to destroy this data after a fixed retention period has expired. You use the archiving object HR: Communication (with Grouping) (HRPA_CMNGR) to destroy the communication types.
