OHIX_DP_ILMARA - Edit Audit Area

To be able to use an archiving object in an audit area and create retention rules for this, you need to assign the archiving object to this audit area.

For more information, see SAP Library for SAP ERP Central Component and choose Human Resources -> Data Privacy (HR) -> Development of an Archiving Object for Data Destruction.

You have created a customer-specific audit area and then assigned it archiving objects or the corresponding object types created in IRM Customizing.

1. Run the transaction ILMARA.
2. Select the audit area:

Choose Start and then Edit.

1. In the Selection column, select the IRM object that you want to assign to the audit area.
2. Save your entries in a transport request (Customizing request).
