OHIX_DP_V_T77PAARC_S - Define Subtype Characteristics for Infotypes 0283 and 3246

In this Customizing activity, you define the properties of the subtypes of the infotypes Archiving/Data Destruction (0283) and Destruction Lock (3246). These settings are relevant if you want to generate destruction logs for your archiving object and you want to be able to create destruction locks.

For detailed information about the settings and activities required, see SAP Library for SAP ERP Central Component, and choose Human Resources -> Data Privacy (HR) -> Development of an Archiving Object for Data Destruction.

You have created a subtype for infotype 0283 or infotype 3246 for your archiving object.

Properties of Subtype of the Infotype Archiving/Data Destruction (0283)

1. Enter the following data:

• Type

Enter the same subtype as in view V_T591A.

• Arch. Object (archiving object)

Enter the name of the archiving object.

• Rel IT0283 (relevant for the infotype Archiving/Data Destruction (0283)

Select this checkbox.

1. Save your entries.

Properties of Subtype of the Infotype Destruction Lock (3246)

1. Enter the following data:

• Type

Enter the same subtype as in view V_T591A.

• Arch. Object (archiving object)

Enter the name of the archiving object.

• Rel IT3246 (relevant for the infotype Destruction Lock (3246))

Select this checkbox.

1. Save your entries.
