OHIZAAGE04 - Generate Age Letter Reminder

You can run this program to create age letter reminders for employees.

1. Choose 'Generate Age Letter Reminder'.
2. On the standard report selection screen, choose the relevant period and selection criteria.

You have the following options:

• Set the 'Delete Incorrect Reminders' indicator to delete any incorrect age letter reminder details. The system will check for inconsistencies between the birth date and information on infotype Monitoring of Date (I0019) and create a new correct entry.

• Set the 'Test Run' indicator to run the program in a test mode. As this is only a test run, a batch input session is not be created.

1. Choose 'Execute'. This runs the age letter reminder report.
2. Execute the batch input session. This processes all age letter reminders on infotype 'Monitoring of Dates' (I0019).
