You determine the permissibility of PF recalculations in this step. A PF recalculation entered here is checked as follows for permissibility:

  1. Initially, check whether the same PF recalculation already exists in the history for the PF recalculation entered. If this is not the case, the PF recalculation is permissible.
  2. If the same PF recalculation already exists, check whether the reference calculation lies between both PF recalculations. If this is the case, the PF recalculation is permissible.
  3. A permissible PF recalculation is executed.
  4. If the PF recalculation is not permissible, the PF recalculation that already exists is deleted and a new calculation is created with a new reference date.
  5. In all cases, check the data records created.

You have the entry and leaving PF recalculations. At least one leaving must be between two entries and at least one entry must be between two leavings.

Should a leaving be executed, although there is no leaving between the last leaving and the leaving to be executed, the existing leaving is deleted and a new leaving is created. This means that entries or leavings with errors can be corrected.
