OHPKAW620CH - Define Output for Additional Fields

In this Customizing activity you define the additional fields that the system outputs for EOH, EOH-RP and MELAP.

• You have correctly assigned the evaluation types for EOH, EOH-RP and MELAP.

• You must have defined the output assignment type.

1. Choose the output assignment type that you want to use for EOH, EOH-RP and MELAP.
2. Choose Field Assignments.
3. If you are editing an output assignment type for EOH: Add the following additional fields to evaluation type PF universal evaluation (list) (02):

• Field name VAL01with a value type for residential property advance (for example, KAA1)

• Field name VAL02with a value type for the value date (for example, DTVA)

• Field name VAL03with a value type for the entry date (for example, DT01)

• Field name VAL04with a value type for the birth date (for example, DT00)

1. If you are editing an output assignment type for EOH-RP: Add the following additional fields to evaluation type PF universal evaluation (list) (02):

• Field name VAL01with the value type for residential property advance repayment (for example, KEA1)

• Field name VAL02with a value type for the value date (for example, DTVA)

• Field name VAL03with a value type for the entry date (for example, DT01)

• Field name VAL04with a value type for the birth date (for example, DT00)

1. If you are editing an output assignment type for MELAP, message type 563: Add the following additional fields to evaluation type PF universal evaluation (list) (02):

• Field name VAL01with a value type for cash payments upon leaving (for example, KA70)

• Field name VAL02with a value type for the total amount of advances (for example, KAA9)

• Field name VAL03with a value type for the reference date (for example, DTRF)

• Field name VAL04with a value type for the entry date (for example, DT01)

• Field name VAL05with a value type for the birth date (for example, DT00)

• Field name VAL06with a value type for the value date (for example, DTVA)

1. If you are editing an output assignment type for MELAP, message type 565: Add the fields in accordance with your specific requirements.

The field names VAL01 to VAL40 are available to you. You determine the meaning of the respective fields in the implementation of the BAdI Override and Download Reporting Data MELAP 565 (HRPFD02CAP_565).

1. Save your entries.
