OHPKVS044 - PC param. area determinations: Define, copy, delete, check

This step enables you to set up, check or delete the following data on parameter area determination groupings (PaGrpg):

• Parameter area determination

• Parameter area determinaion groupings

• Parameter area determination grouping texts

You can use the following functions to process the aforementioned settings:

• Copy PaGrpg

This function copies the settings from the original PaGrpg to the target PaGrp. The system will not overwrite data that has been stored in the target area. If not already created, the copying procedure automatically creates the target area.

• Replace PaGrpg

This function copies all the settings created in the PaGrpg to the target PaGrpg and deletes the target PaGrpg. If not already created,the copying procedure automatically creates the target PaGrpg.

• Delete PaGrpg

This function deletes all the settings maintained for a PaGrpg.

• Check PaGrp

This functions checks that the settings maintained for a PaGrpg are consistent. The check is based on the foreign key dependency of the tables in which the individual settings are stored.

• Transport PaGrpg

This function saves the settings maintained for a PaGrpg to a transport request. You can choose whether you want to transport all the settings or only settings that have been modified.

The system has been set up to process all the aforementioned data. To copy individual records, choose Settings -> Interactive copy -> On.

Carry out the appropriate function for your PaGrpg(s). To check the results, go to Extras -> Technical logs.
