OHPSMXISSSTE07 - Maintain loan category

In this activity, you can add loan types for different institutions, such as the ISSSTE. You can also associate withholding codes to the types of loan that you handle.

The withholding code identifies the key with which the ISSSTE recognizes the deduction and this, in turn, is linked to the payroll concept with which the loan will be identified in the system.

This activity can be used to configure other deductions by third parties with which the institution has a relationship, such as property, clothing and insurance.

If there are absences for the employee, there could be reductions in one of his/her loans. You can select which of the existing loans will have their reduced value in the transaction.

1. Run this IMG activity.
2. Review the existing entries in this view.
3. If necessary, select New entries to insert different combinations of loan types, loan institutions and withholding codes.
4. Indicate if the system excludes the employee's leaves when determining the calculation basis of the loan limits (field Leaves to be excluded from proportionality (HRPAYMX_PROP_LIMIT_LOAN)).
5. Save your changes and exit the transaction.

Loan type text - Short- or loan-term loan

Withholding codes should be individually assigned to a single loan type for each institution.
