OHPSUSCERT40 - Generate Qualification Groups/Qualifications from Classifications/Codes

In this step, you execute a report to generate qualification groups in Personnel Development from the classifications you defined above. You also execute this report to generate qualifications in Personnel Development from the codes you defined above.

Execution of the report associated with this step is optional. If your workplace does not intend to use standard profile matchup functionality delivered with Personnel Development in conjunction with certification and licensing, then omit this step entirely.

However, if you do intend to use standard profile matchup functionality, then you are required to execute the report associated with this step. Moreover, before you may execute that report, you are required to have defined the corresponding classifications and codes above.

As delivered, no Personnel Development information is mapped to certification and licensing information (within Personnel Administration) in the standard system. It is therefore incumbent upon customers to execute this report to map this information, and to continue executing this report, from time to time, to ensure that Personnel Development data remains synchronized with certification and licensing data.
