OHPSUSEEO009 - Execute EEO-4/EEO-5 Reporting

In this step, you execute EEO-4 and EEO-5 Reporting for the U.S. Public Sector. This program is used to generate EEO-4 or EEO-5 Reports for submission to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Before you execute EEO-4 or EEO-5 Reporting, we recommend that you configure all previous steps in this chapter to ensure that you have correctly maintained all pertinent EEO data.

1. Execute this step of the Implementation Guide.
2. Choose the following menu path to review the report documentation:

• Help -> Application help

1. Upon reviewing the documentation, make the appropriate entries on the main report screen, including the start and end dates of the reporting period, if necessary.
2. Select Execute to generate the EEO-4 or EEO-5 for submission to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
