OHPSUSEEO012 - Execute TemSe Reader for Payroll US

In this step, you execute the TemSe Reader for Payroll US program. This program is used to view and download the TemSe files generated by the PY-US programs

Requirements

Before you execute the TemSe Reader for Payroll US program, we recommend that you configure all previous steps in this chapter to ensure that you have correctly maintained all pertinent EEO data.

Transaction

You must select the Download file radio button option to download content of the entire TemSe file generated by OSHA 300 & 300A Reports (RPLO30U0) program.

You must select the View TemSe radio button option to view content of the entire TemSe file generated by EEO-4 and EEO-5 Reporting for the U.S. Public Sector (RPSEEOU_PBS) program in order to submit it to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

To access this program, in SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Americas -> USA -> Subsequent activities -> Period-independent -> Temse Reader for Payroll US

You download your TemSe file generated by the OSHA 300 & 300A Reports (RPLO30U0) program in order to submit it to the United States Department of Labor.

You view your TemSe file generated by the EEO-4 and EEO-5 Reporting for the U.S. Public Sector (RPSEEOU_PBS) program in order to submit it to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
