OHPSUSPR180 - Set screen control for infotypes 0008 & 0509

In this section, you set the screen control for the Basic Pay (0008) and Higher Duty Allowance (0509) infotypes, to ensure that:

• The system displays they correct screen for federal pay plans

• These two infotype screens have the field Reason for Changing Master Data set as a required entry field for federal pay plans.

1. Execute the activity, enter the module pool MP000800 and select Enter.
2. In the subsequent table, select Screen 2000 with the variable key that you have set up in the feature P0008 for alternative screen 2010.
3. Select (double-click) this entry and ensure that the field Reason for Changing Master Data (P0008-PREAS) is denoted as a required field (RF).
4. Save your entries.
5. Go back to the IMG step and enter the module pool MP050900 and select Enter.
6. In the subsequent table, select Screen 2000 with the variable key that you have set up in the feature P0509 for alternative screen 2310.
7. Select (double-click) this entry and ensure that the field Reason for Changing Master Data (P0509-PREAS) is denoted as a required field (RF).
8. Save your entries.
