OHSXX_210 - Assign Agents

In this activity, you assign the agents to the following object types:

• Jobs

• Positions (incl. persons)

• Exposure groups

You must already have completed the following activities:

• Define long-term average exposure rating

• Define exposure frequencies

• Create agents

• Define exposure groups

1. Enter the object type that you are assigning the agent to.
2. Enter an object ID.
3. Choose an infotype status.
4. Choose one of the following infotypes:

• Exposure: LTA (infotype 1403)

• Exposure: Task (infotype 1404)

1. Choose Create infotype.
2. Enter the agent that is to be assigned to the selected object type.
3. Enter the required values.
4. Save your entries.
5. If necessary, assign other agents to the object type.

Result: You have assigned an agent to an object type.
