In this Customizing activity, you define when and how the system checks if an employee's recorded working hours exceed the limit of overtime hours defined in the 36 Agreement.

For example, you can define when an employee's recorded time exceeded 80% of the specified hours in 36 Agreement, the system sends an email notification.

The 36 Agreement: Checking Overtime Hours (RPUOTCJ0) report reads the settings, checks the employee's recorded time accordingly, and sends email notifications if necessary.

You have defined the specification of the 36 Agreement in Customizing for Payroll: Japan under 36 Agreement -> Define 36 Agreement Specifications.

You can define check rules for the following situations:

  • Limit of overtime hours is exceeded
  • Number of overtime hours is close to limit
  • Number of overtime hours is projected to exceed limit
This estimate is based on the daily average overtime hours until the time when the check is done.

For each situation, specify the details for the check rule:

  • Priority of the check
  • Case type
If the check is for a normal case or special case
  • When the system does the check
You specify a percentage, for example 50%. The system then checks the time when 50% of a period is over.
  • Threshold for a notification
You also specify a percentage, for example 80%. When 80% of the allowed overtime hours is exceeded, the system sends out a notification.
  • Type of message that the system displays
