OHTJTR011 - Assign Labor-management Agreements to Employees

In this Customizing activity, you assign the labor-management agreement ID to each employee. The system uses the defined specifications to check the specific labor-management agreement that the employees have signed with the company. The agreement regulates the specifications of working hours within a liquidation period (over one month).

You have defined the specifications in the Customizing activity Maintain Labor-management Agreements for Flextime System.

You have made the following setting in the feature:

With this setting, the agreement ID 001 is applicable to the employees from a company whose company code is 0001. The system uses the returned agreement ID 001 to check the employees are applicable to the selected labor management agreement or not.
