OIT_REASON_CODE - Define Event Reason Codes

You can use this Customizing to define the reason codes for event occurrences. Using the reason codes for events, allow the user to analyze and classify the most common causes of events and plan suitable mitigations.

1. Find out the reasons why events occur at terminals.
2. Enter the code and descriptions for the event occurrence reasons.

You can use the below example reason codes as reference:

• DELAY DUE TO BAD WEATHER

• DIVERSION

• CONGESTION AT TERMINAL

• DELAY AT PORT

• RAIL CAR RETAINED BY CUSTOMER

• VESSEL MISSED THE SLOT DUE TO DELAY
